In the summer of 2022, we were invited to bid on a customer portal project. At the time, ISOTRA was working with another company's analysis, which turned out to be incomplete. We won the tender and started from scratch with our own discovery.

ISOTRA needed not only to modernize how partners placed orders, but also to ensure smooth integration with their existing ERP and production systems. The portal had to support 7 languages and serve 3,000+ partners across Europe.

The portal was successfully launched in spring 2024, and ISOTRA's first business partners are already actively using it. Project development continues in an agile manner.
