New E-shop for
VMS VISION
VMS VISION, s. r. o.
2020
VMS VISION is a Czech family-owned company founded in 1993. They manufacture and distribute doors, windows, and accessories through a network of dealers across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We built them a brand-new e-shop on our WINSTON 2.1 CMS.
What was
the brief?
The original VMS VISION website had become outdated and no longer served the company's business and marketing goals. On top of that, the product catalog needed a complete restructuring to support their growing door and window portfolio.
What was
the challenge?
The biggest challenge was defining a new information architecture that would unite the corporate website with a product showcase and configurator under one cohesive experience—while maintaining clarity for three distinct audience segments.
What solution
jsme vyvinuli
How we approachedThe project scope required a comprehensive approach to fully understand the client's business, product range, and customer needs. We conducted stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, and mapped the entire customer journey.
Critical challenges
we tackled
The critical point was normalizing and configuring the data integration for the e-commerce layer. Since the data warehouse wasn't fully prepared at the time of implementation, we had to build a robust synchronization pipeline that could handle incomplete and evolving data structures.
Results
of our work
We built a complete, scalable platform on our proprietary WINSTON 2.1 CMS with an e-commerce extension, handling a catalog of thousands of products with advanced filtering and configurator capabilities.
