How we built
a loyalty system for restaurants
Con Gusto operates 8 restaurants and cafés, its own food delivery service, catering, and a wine wholesale business. To boost repeat visits and average spend, we developed a comprehensive loyalty platform that ties together all touchpoints—from in-restaurant dining to delivery and catering.
What was
the challenge?
POS systems across the group's restaurants didn't share data. There was no unified rewards program, no way to track customer behavior across venues, and no digital touchpoint between visits.
One account
to rule them all
Joining the loyalty program only requires registration on the Con Gusto website. The app generates a digital loyalty card with a unique QR code that works at any venue in the group.
Special family
and corporate accounts
Customers can create sub-accounts for family members who earn and spend rewards independently. Corporate accounts enable team lunches and catering with consolidated billing.
System integration
including food delivery
The loyalty system is directly connected to the Jíme Brno food delivery service. Customers earn rewards whether they dine in, order delivery, or use catering services.
