From Japan
to Kamali
Homecredit, a. s.
2016
Thanks to us, the Kamali website formerly known as Japonské půjčk got a brand new look and is fully responsive. Clients can now conveniently apply for a loan practically anytime and anywhere from a tablet or phone. On a tram or up in the mountains all they need is an internet connection, an ID card, and five minutes.
It's important
to have a plan
The first impulse for change was the need for a new website that would be more customer-friendly, along with an update to the financial product offered. The client wanted to simplify the site and make information clearer and easier to find. So we got to work.
Websites that
put customers first
To make it immediately clear to customers what product they're dealing with, we chose the same color scheme for the web as in the TV commercials. And since we've had our own share of experiences with banking procedures, we decided to simplify the loan application process as much as possible. That we succeeded is confirmed by the numbers — the homepage bounce rate dropped by 20%.
We test
and analyze
But our work on the project doesn't end there. We continuously run A/B testing to make the website as user-friendly as possible for the client.
Content marketing
and Facebook management
We help Kamali build their brand on social media. We created a content strategy that has so far been rolled out across Facebook and the blog. The brand prides itself on fairness, speed, and transparent dealings in the world of microloans. For Kamali, we deployed ads in new Facebook formats (canvas, carousel) and experimented with graphics and video including a cinemagraph.
