ITS is a leading Czech supplier of surface treatments with four specialized divisions. They needed a web portal that would unify the presentation of all divisions under one platform, in 5 language versions for an international clientele.
We delivered the project end-to-end: from in-depth interviews and workshops with company management through UX analysis, information architecture, and UI design with motion graphics to development on CMS Winston and production deployment.

We spent a month and a half on in-depth analysis. Through interviews and workshops, we mapped the company's internal operations, services, target audiences, and the specifics of each division. We processed the findings into mind maps that served as the foundation for the portal's information architecture.
The challenge was finding a common communication thread for technically distinct divisions while preserving each one's specifics. The portal structure had to be clear for both technical specialists looking for a specific service and HR candidates or potential partners.
Motion graphics
as part of development
Each section of the portal includes motion graphics and animations that highlight the innovative character of the company. Technically, this involved integrating sequences, vector transformations, and 3D renders from Cinema 4D and After Effects directly into the web environment with a focus on performance and smoothness.
The multilingual nature of the portal required not only content translation but also adaptation of the information architecture for different markets. CMS Winston allows the editorial team to manage 5 language versions from one place with an overview of translation status.

We designed the information architecture and site structure to be intuitive for different visitor types. We focused on clarity, a clear information hierarchy, and easy navigation through the service offering.
UI design and website implementation
Based on the approved concept, we prepared the final UI design and implementation specs. The result is a modern website that supports the ITS brand and serves as a stable foundation for further development of communication.
