Complete delivery of a multilingual web portal for IDEAL-Trade Service. From UX analysis and in-depth workshops through information architecture, design with motion graphics to development and deployment. The portal unifies the presentation of all divisions in 5 language versions.

In the summer of 2022, we were invited to tender for a customer portal implementation. ISOTRA was collaborating with another software company on the initial analysis, but our proposal and approach better matched their needs.

We joined forces with Evropa 2 radio and set out to merge technology and creativity in a way not yet seen in the Czech Republic. In under a month, we produced the first AI campaign that refreshed the station's long-standing communication concept "Držíme ti flek" (We've got your back).

Leading Czech bank ČSOB approached us to redesign the building savings application process in their app. The reason was dissatisfaction with the low conversion rate. We analyzed the entire flow, identified both technical and UX barriers, then implemented a simplified process conversion grew from 3.7% to 21%.

The Con Gusto group, which owns several Brno restaurants, decided to launch its own delivery service Jíme Brno. They entrusted Cognito with the complete development of the web application for their exclusive delivery service, from implementation design to market launch. Alongside the delivery system, we were also tasked with building a management information system connected to Septim, the most widely used restaurant POS system.

We built an online store for Marlen, a Czech brand specializing in textile materials, fabrics by the meter, and knitting yarns. The store runs on our Marco 2.7 e-commerce platform with a catalog of thousands of products and advanced filtering by material, color, and weight.
